In Dahmer's case, I achieved it by hiring an agency of violence
(the government) to restrain Mr. Dahmer. I would have preferred
to hire such an agency in a free market rather than having it
chosen for me by violence, but that's another discussion. In
either case, it was necessary for me to use violence (and hiring
violence is no different from pulling the trigger or dropping the
pellets myself). Until there's an alternative, that's the only
effective means I see.
