See the current Business Week (you get read it online) for an article on
the new Toyota Prion -- a hyybrid electric-gasoline car that gets 66 mpg in
heavy traffic. It costs Toyota something like $30,000 to make, but they are
selling it for $16,000. The idea is to get an early lead in what they
believe (without strong evidence) will be a big market.
