Java Schmava - I remember UCSD Pascal, which also ran on almost
anything. The problem with all threaded interpreters is that they are
SLOOOOOOOOW. This approach runs about 30x slower than code compiled for
the native processor. So you get a nice little 6Mhz machine out of your
200Mhz Pentium....
As for ole Uncle Bill - has anyone actually tried to contact him, like
seriously, to give him the information he is so obviously lacking???
