Agreed, but that's an "if" of uncertain size. As I said, it only keeps
threads from being _started_ by people who should know better than to
discuss BASICS in some other kind of thread--it doesn't stop anyone from
twisting the thread. It's worth trying, but we should be prepared for
whatever result we get.
