Fred: Please read my post carefully. *I* am not saying the Bible must be
taken literally. I'm saying that's what the fundamentalists believe. If
this physics prof is a fundamentalist, as Eleizer seemed to say, then he
cannot rationally both believe what the Bible says AND accept standard
accounts in physics and cosmology.
