No, the other governments did far worse than nothing; they enforced an
arms embargo which meant that one of the warring parties was unable to
acquire the weapons they needed to defend themselves. Otherwise the
ex-Yugoslavians may have been able to sort out their own problems. Yet
another victory for 'gun control'.
