This seems to be a whole lot of trouble for a 36 degree DT. Go to any power
plant, above about 1800 MW net for the site, that uses a once through
condenser cooling system. Build your plant in the parking lot between
intake and discharge canals. My plant site (Nuclear, 5000 MW thermal for
the site) pumps out a constant 1 million GPM with a 40 degree delta.

Ok....but is the parking lot big enough for the associated related
infrastructure? Fish-farms...etc etc...and will they let me? After all it's
THEIR parking lot...and suppose I want more than one OTEC...maybe ...several
thousand...how big is their parking lot?

:),:)
