This seems to be a whole lot of trouble for a 36 degree DT. Go to any power
plant, above about 1800 MW net for the site, that uses a once through
condenser cooling system. Build your plant in the parking lot between
intake and discharge canals. My plant site (Nuclear, 5000 MW thermal for
the site) pumps out a constant 1 million GPM with a 40 degree delta.
