Have you looked at: knee supports, chiropractic, acupuncture, ...?
Have you ruled out: bone spurs, torn/worn ligaments, arthritis, ...?
Have you done: yoga, stretching, treadmill, physical therapy, ...?

What does your doctor say? And if he/she just says "Here, take these...",
get a new doctor.
