Your problem is that you actually need to deal with Cyberpromo (Cyberscum) and their IP providers. Heres a sample header from another "savetrees.com" customer: Note the cyberpromo.com references.
This is one of many examples of how cyberpromo continues to violate the principles of the IEMMC by spoofing addresses and not providing working reply addresses.
So far it appears that the IEMMC is a joke or at best unable to control Cyberscum and his clients.
