I find Negroponti one of our main cheerleaders for technology. I
included his book in my tech/society grad school component mainly because
of the important memes in it--the essays are compiled from Wired
magazine and meet meets mainstream style requirements only. In the
foreward, however, he notes that writing is a difficult
activity for him due to dyslexia, so I give him serious points for
producing a book in the first place.
