I'm in favor of simplifying the whole jury/"justice" deal,
and I see nothing wrong with the FIJA principles as part of that.

Now ask me what I think of the number of victimless felonies. :)

Or of the fact that the common law definition of "fraud" fits on
a 3x5 card and can be explained to a competent jury in five minutes,
while the SEC fraud regs are a nine foot shelf of books that
grows every year... :\ :)
