Each planet's orbit is typically of a lower density of space dust, and
as each planets orbit wobbles over time, the planet may wander out of
this region into one of greater density that exists above and below the
plane of the ecliptic. This is thought by some to be a cause of ice
ages, is the greater density is supposed to decrease the amount of
sunlight reaching earth....
