To you. Ask the entity. Me, I am guessing that such an entity will still
have priorities and preferences. Unless those fall out as "natural laws",
or unless the entity can recycle time, my guess is that sooner or later
such entity will encounter time crunches.
Of course, I can't prove it... And that still leaves "attention".
