Will not pay? Thats a mere matter of enforcement. In an electronic age,
a warrant should serve to seize electronic assets. It will be
interesting if the New York mobsters and their families can successfully
use the system to track down Sammy "the Bull" Gravano and any money he
may have made from his recently published biography "Underboss" (a good
read, BTW).

Cannot pay? Excuse me? Almost every headline criminal in the past decade
has written or participated in the writing of novels, screenplays, etc.
about their case. New York's Son of Sam Law is a good blueprint.

As I also said in that message, expressing remorse would be expected. I
would expect that criminals would have the choice themselves of either
being executed if they refused remorse, or imprisonment from life on
downward with remorse and a commitment to restitution. A truly guilty
criminal without remorse is merely a mad dog to be put down.
