Also the bad affects of a diet high in fats and sugars doesn't really kick
in till well after mean life-expectancy of paleolithic people.
Cardiovascular disease and cancer weren't really big killers in the 50000
years ago. You were much more likely to die of starvation than
over-indulgence.
