Most of the information is quite unreliable. I suggest looking at the
original papers, but they are usually a quite depressing reading (many
enthusiasts just read the medline abstracts, and doesn't notice how limited
the results really are). This is why we need reviewing of information -
for there are interesting results out there about nootropics.
