I was referring to Neitzsche himself, and his concept of behavior being
motivated by one's will to power. And, further, such power being
manifested in the actualization of the overman's creativity, orginality and
independence.

The phrase sez that people are far more creative than realized. The
actualization of potential is a talent within itself, and its inward
exploration as well as outward actualization.
