Now world had one language, common speech.
Man moved eastward, found plain in Shinar, settled.
Man said "Come, make brick, bake thoroughly.".
Man used brick, tar.
Man said "Come, build city, build tower, reach heaven,
make name for us, not scatter over world face.".
Lord saw tower.
Lord said "One people speaking one language building this will defeat all.
Come, let us confuse language of man.".
Lord confused language of world, scattered man over world face.
Man stopped building city.
City was Babel.
