Could someone provide some pointers to this discussion? A url in the
archives would be wonderful, Words to search on would be fine.

Ob discussion comment:
This points out one of the flaws in mailing lists as a medium for design
decisions. There's no support for a sense of history, so it has to be
created socially. Now, when is that Foresight Institute test of HyperG
starting?
