All means of expression must eventually produce ordinary sensory
input to (presumably) a human being. There is no way to enforce
that presumption, though: any such means can be presented to an AI
with the ability to duplicate whtever it experiences. It is
instructive to go back to news reports of the first Xerox machines,
and hear how the publishing industry claimed that it would be
destroyed if they ever became popular. Today's disasterbation
over electronic media rings just as hollow.
