Radio telescopes appear to be pretty good at picking these out,
and predicting their collision dates. Space-based VLBI versions shoud
be even better.
A set of space-based, 3D LIGOs separated by some millions of kilometers
 might be a cool way to creat a tomographic map of the gravitational
waves.
