I don't know -- try the Web. Incidentally, this month's Nutrition
Action Healthletter says that unless you live in the South (of the USA),
you can't get enough vitamin D from sun exposure between October and
March. Probably related to someone else's post that you don't get much
UV from a sun below 30 degrees from the horizon (I don't think the sun
was much above that at noon today here in the Bay Area).
