I did think the ionosphere boils into a lens to reflect the entire signal
strength. It seems to me that if you can get that working smoothly you
won't need to worry about hitting rocks and oceans. The HAARP reference
site is a good place to start. Just because New Agers seem to have lots of
verifiable sources about this information, doesn't disqualify the facts.
