I think that if anybody asks to be credited, that has to be respected.
I can't keep track of who was requesting what ... the reason I don't
usually attribute ... but I'll try to make the effort from now on.
One question, though ... Hara Ra, I think it was ... is it necessary to
characterize non-attribution as "RUDE"? I think that "RUDE"ness is
reserved for deliberate attempts to assert oneself at the expense of
others. *I* am just lazy.
