I find it hard to read text in web pages without margins, great long lines
of text. Similarly newspaper columns are too narrow. There must be an
optimum width (probably varies by the individual).
One use for this applet would be to process text (email, web, whatever) to
the width best suited to the reader (which may change, as you get to
practice on one width rather than having to adapt all the time).
