Yes, the version I'm working on already has that feature (variable # of
words). You can also switch between milliseconds/letter and
milliseconds/word. As far as I can tell, trying to read without moving
your eyes just causes eyestrain, but the general idea is great for
speedreading - so now I'm working on a Web speedreading page. My plan
is to display text with a moving blue word.
