The moons are very small and fast moving, being in low orbits. They
could be used as bases for holographic projectors to project holograms
into the upper atmosphere. The atmosphere is so thin that any life
currently in existence would be in deep vents or completely buried in
the tectonic or volcanic zones. THere the partial pressure of life
supporting elements would be high enough to allow sustained ecosystems.
