True, but it is quite ubiquitous. Can you think of any other billboard
that is esposed to half the human race at any one time (not including
weather interference)? You could probably use the old Texaco Sign in
Boston as a centerpoint for reserach in this area. How much recognition
does it have with people in line of sight with it at such a distance
such that the sign is perceived to equal the percieved size of the moon?

Based on this research you could then set advertizing rates.
