I have toyed around with the HearPulse (el cheapo electrocardiogramme
telemetry, receiver built into a wristwatch), trying to change heart
frequency by autofeedback. An effect is there, as the stuff starts to
fluctuate allright when one starts concentrating, but I can't influence the
direction.

Is there a trick to it? Please tell.
