Another form of cosmic warfare which I've meantioned in earlier posts on
this list is the concept of sending a ball of strange matter to a star or
planet to convert the entire planet to strange matter due to it being more
stable than ordinary matter. This is something to consider and likely far
easier than nuking a star.
