Spot on James! That's exactly what I decided on as a replacement for
Spontaneous Order. It subsumes spontaneous order (so, Hara, you should miss
it too much!).

I see the components of Self-Ownership as:

        Voluntary Relationships (The Trader Principle, Free Markets,
Spontaneous Order.)

        Personal Responsibility

        Self-Esteem

        Respect for Others

        Sovereign Rationality

        Self-Direction (Getting and staying clear about our goals.
Self-discipline to achieve goals.)

I'll be writing an essay on Self-Ownership soon, and will certainly seek
comments. Version 3.0 of the Extropian Principles will follow soon after.
