Uh, I don't think this is exactly all that new - I was working on TEMPEST
stuff back in 1979 when I started in computers. Of course, we referred
to TEMPEST'ing stuff to make whatever data was being transmitted unavailable
to evesdroppers. Mostly this involved putting the computer inside a large
box, but we did get into what they called "source suppression", which
involved adding components to a standard unit to prevent leakage....
