see the weird symbol (between 2002Oct29 and Found) on
the following link? Or maybe you don't, which is why
your computer accesses it. Anyway it's a dash, with a
vertical line off the end, if you paste it into word,
recopy it, it won't even paste back. I've never seen
it before, and it seems to be preventing this link
from working. It turns into " %C2%AC " after
attempting to access the link. If you truncate
everything after 2002Oct29 it will work though.
