The list boss has a restriction on the number of messages we put on
the list so I can't respond everytime to everything.
However, I made a case that Harvey had given me a list of citations
that were in many cases null -- they returned only an error or unavailable
message. In many other cases they returned dates on events that supposedly
occurred back in the 90s and hence were not representative of anything that
occured under the present administration or after the Patriot Act was passed
by congress. There was one final citation from the ACLU that thanked
President Bush for reversing the previous policy of "secret evidence." I
believe there was additionally one instance where an organization thought to
be involved in terrorism was disallowed the right to work in the US.
You have responded only with an ad hominem attack. Frankly I expect
better on the Extropy list.
