Hello, everybody!
I am back home after traveling incommunicado for a while. I really hated to
miss speaking at the Alcor conference, but I really needed the business! I
trust it went well and hope that someone will fill me in on the details.
The business leads I encountered in the past month might lead me into
further global travels. I will know in a few weeks. Hopefully I will be
able to arrange world-wide access to the Internet next time.
Either way, I'm afraid that I will be too busy to be on the ExI Board of
Directors, or to maintain the FAQ or the Community Forum on Yahoo as I did
before. I will be participating in this and other forums, but in an
unofficial capacity from now on. Since I am not representing any
organization, I will feel more free to speak my mind, while also feeling
less obligation to do so.
I am currently facing: a death in the family this week, my 40th birthday in
a few months, a slowdown in my business ventures, a pseudo mid-life crisis,
a questioning that progress is occurring as rapidly as predicted, increased
government and Big Brother, and a real fear that the more things change the
more they stay the same.
Anyway, I'm back and ready to continue. The same as it ever was...
