OK, suppose I agree to raise bloody hell. I carry a sign
that says... what? Down with Total Information Awareness?
Samantha, what do you have in mind? Our bill of rights was
developed before the internet, so we need to propose privacy
rules and get very specific.

I propose a rule: anyone has a right to conceal or reveal
any human interaction in which one has direct involvement.

Sounds simple, right? If you are involved in a transaction
with another person, you have the right to conceal it, and
so does the other, but either has the right to reveal all
she knows and all she has witnessed, which effectively outs
the other person involved.

Nondisclosure agreements can still be signed, as before,
and still would work the same as always.

Does that work? Is it in accordance with the Bill of Rights?
Which provision is violated, if any?
