Not surprised, if it were truly new, it would've hit your radars far
before mine. :)
My roommate actually found it before I did and asked if I'd heard about
"some extropian/transhumanist building for cryonics?" -- and I
immediately thought of John Grigg and the Creekside Preserve... so I
was surprised when it turned out to be something different.
