That is why I characterized what I said as a "diplomatic war." In
addition I expect that at this time Iraq ranks higher on the Bush agenda. I
think we will have to follow this one like a parent watching two children in
the same bed and fighting under the covers. Frankly I don't expect much to
happen publically.
I do see some indications but it is going to take time to know the
truth.
