But only after the trial balloon was shot down. Other things
passed beneath the limited knowledge, awareness and vigilance of
the American people. Some of them are quite dangerous to say
the least. I would also point out what is specifically
prohibited today can be absolutely required tomorrow in a system
running without adequate checks and balance and other controls.
