Sorry Humania, but you don't give us a name to address you by. The only
thing I can think of that you could mean by "cowboy mentality" is that we do
have a can do attitude and we do figure we can take care of ourselves.
       You haven't told us what country you are from and you haven't told us
what country you regard as exemplary -- so for now I am going to put you into
the column with all the other nay-sayers that can only complain and hate
those that do enjoy life. God you must be as miserable as you sound.
