Frankly, I don't see how this can be claimed, as the Segway is built to
prevent such things with impact sensors. I imagine that Kamen will need
to build in a collision avoidance circuit to prevent impacts
significantly, but it is certainly far safer than skateboards, which
have no features which prevent high velocity impacts.
