### There is some evidence that large doses of vit B12, thiamine, and
folate, prevent atherosclerosis (presumably by reducing levels of
homocysteine). You can buy the relevant combination as Foltx.
Recently an article in the Archives of Neurology found evidence (in a
double-blind placebo controlled study), that large doses of CoQ10
(1200mg/day) may slow down the progression of Parkinson's disease.
The studies are not strong evidence, but they are more than almost nothing.
