The difference is that you have always known you are not your brother you
never remember being him. You don't need anyone to prove it to you because
it's self evident, however I think even you have admitted that you don't
know if you are a copy made last night because that is not self evident. In
fact due to the unbroken nature of you subjective experience I would have to
show you very compelling evidence before you would believe you were a
duplicate only a few hours old.
