So, would you agree that you see transparency as
a patch for the problems caused by unclear title?

For instance, if one paid for using the resources
of others when sending mail, spam wouldn't be
possible on the scale it now exists. Transparency
seems like a way to avoid fixing the systemic
errors which cause the problems.
