Would you really want to have a bug hulking spaceship with nuke drive
packaged with 10 k tac nukes + launcher floating over your head?
Since you can't really go with nuke drive to orbit without hot isotopes
raining into your morning shredded wheat breakfast all over the planet,
you have to assemble that in orbit. Lots of heavy lift launches, and a lot
of them carrying nukes.
