Friends,
I will be sending the standard Getty Announcement this weekend, but I
wanted to get information off to you all soonest.
The sky is getting darker sooner, as seems to be the yearly habit of the
sun, the moon, and the earth's twirl. Last month, we kibitzed in the dark
while some of you headed off to the concert. As always, it was enjoyable
conversation, but in order to make it more personal - so that we can
actually see each other - I thought it would be better to meet earlier
during the fall and winter months.
There will be no Getty Salon in October. The November Getty will on
Saturday, November 2nd at 4:00. (This gives us 2 hours of light.)
Getty new calendar mantra is:
Be flexible. Put it in pencil and then in pen.
Be creative. Imagine it in dreams and then in the head.
