Exactly. My backup then became a record of someone other than me.
I maintain that more subtle changes in personality occur at each moment,
such that the "old you" dies with each passing moment.

And if my backup were to be restored prior to my death then I might
actually find myself in mortal combat with him, in Thor's name of
