Only a bit; to be a significant health concern, asbestos fibers must be
inhaled at high concentrations over an extended period of time. As
exposure increases, the risk of disease also increases.
The latency period of asbestosis is 15-30 years, mesothelioma 30-40
years and lung cancer 20-30 years after exposure. So even if you have
been really unlucky you know what to check for and by the time things
might start going bad you are well into pre-singularity land.
Probably the greatest health hazard for you right now is worrying about
it.
