One of my favorite cartoon characters on TV today is Plankton, on
Sponge Bob Square Pants (See Nickelodeon). For such a small guy, he has
amazing powers of imagination and megalomania. Your post reminds me of
the episode where Sponge Bob wandered through everybody else's dreams
and found that Plankton's dream was about him being a 100' tall monster
squashing and blasting the buildings and denizens of Bikini Bottom.
